Graduated in 2012 from Mendel University in Agronomy, Jiří Uherek is a certified tasting expert under ČSN EN ISO 8586. With over 20 years of experience as a winemaker in the Czech Republic, he has developed strong expertise in Moravian terroirs, winemaking, and blending. In 2024, he was honored as the Best Winemaker in the Czech Republic.
Graduated in 2010 as an engineer in Agronomy and Oenology, Antoine Fanjat has 16 years of experience as a winemaker in France and around the world. He has worked in renowned French wine regions such as Burgundy, Rhône Valley and Bordeaux, developing strong expertise in French grape varieties, winemaking, and blending. He is also a former oenologist at Château Pape Clément, a Bordeaux Grand Cru Classé.
A true synergy of Czech and French traditions, this project brings together the finest of both worlds. Rooted in the great terroirs of the Czech Republic and crafted from noble grape varieties originating in France, the wines reflect a harmonious balance between place and heritage.
Inspired by the techniques of great French wines and aged exclusively in French oak barrels, each cuvée expresses precision and elegance. The blends, carefully created by Jiří and Antoine, embody a high-couture approach to winemaking, completed by a distinctive fusion of French and Czech design.
At the heart of the label, the Astronomical Clock symbolizes time, precision, and heritage. Its concentric circles evoke the slow passage of time essential to great winemaking, reflecting the patience and meticulous care Jiří & Antoine devote to each wine.
Like the clock’s precise movement, every step from the vineyard to the cellar is carefully measured, ensuring balance and excellence. It also echoes a brilliant past, where Czech and French traditions have long come together, a legacy that continues in every bottle of Jiří & Antoine.

An elegant Pinot Noir with a "Côte de Beaune" burgundy style. The nose offers a complex bouquet of delicate fruity (cherry, redcurrant) and kirsch aromas with floral notes (violet, peony) and fine woods nuances. A perfectly balanced wine on the palate whose richness is supported by a good structure and a nice acidity.

An elegant white wine with a "Côte de Beaune" burgundy style. A complex bouquet of floral and herbal notes with citrus and exotical fruits touches as well as buttery and honneyed nuances. An elegant, balanced and fluid wine on the palate, whose richness is supported by a delicate acidity.

A precise Riesling with an Alsace style, perfect balance between fruit, acidity and minerality. The nose is expressive and opens with aromas of fresh yellow fruits (nectarine, apricot), exotic fruits and white flowers. On the palate, the attack is refreshing, carried by a beautiful crisp acidity revealing flavors of juicy citrus, white peach and a nice minerality.
